‘Strength’ is the quality of being strong
There are two types of strengths:
mental strength and physical strength
Mental strength: It is the capacity of
an individual to deal effectively with
stressors, pressures and challenges and
perform to the best of their ability,
irrespective of the circumstances in
which they find themselves .
Physical strength: It is the measure
of a person’s physical strength
