Individual Presentation Topic

Requirements for the Video: A video presentation of no more than 4 minutes.

錄像要求：一段片長不多於四分鐘的錄像。
Part 1: Self-introduction (English)
Duration: not more than 1 minute
Topic: Applicants have to state their name and their reference number (Ref. No.) before the self-
introduction.

Part 2: Individual Presentation (English)

Duration: not more than 1.5 minutes
Topic: Choose your favourite English story book. Imagine that you are a new character in this book.
You can be anyone you want to be (a boy, a girl, young, old or even an animal!). Think of an
exciting scene in the book. Describe what you do in that scene with the other characters.

第三部分: 個人短講 (粵語)

時限：不多於 1 分 30 秒
題目：試說說在網上授課時，你曾經運用甚麼方法，幫助自己有效學習。

Period for submission:

from 9:00 am on 24th February 2021 (Wed) to 9:00 am on 26th February 2021 (Fri)

(Late submission will not be accepted.)

繳交日期：

2021 年 2 月 24 日(星期三)上午 9:00 至 2021 年 2 月 26 日(星期五)上午 9:00

Steps of Uploading the Video:

(1) Upload the video to your personal YouTube account or Google drive.
(2) Use the reference number (Ref. No.) and the applicant name as the video name (e.g. 001chanmeimei).
(3) For using YouTube account, set the privacy setting to ‘Unlisted’. (Please make sure that anyone with the
link can view the video and the video will not be removed within one month.)

For using Google drive, please follow the following steps and make sure that the video will not be removed
within one month:
press ‘Get link’  press ‘Restricted’  choose ‘Anyone with the link’  press ‘Copy link’  paste the
link in the Google Form
(4) Paste the URL of the video in the *Google Form as follows:

* For submitting the video, please refer to the link or the QR code of the Google Form below and the video
can be submitted ONCE only.

繳交錄像方法：

(1) 把錄像上載至私人 Youtube 帳戶或 Google drive

(2) 請用申請者參考編號及學生姓名作為錄像名稱，如 001chanmeimei
(3) 若上載至私人 Youtube 帳戶，把錄像的隱私設定為「不公開」；並須設定連結為一個月內有效觀
看。
若上載至 Google drive，請按「取得連結」 → 將「限制」變為「知道連結的使用者」 → 按「複製
連結」，將超連結填入 Google 表格；並須設定連結為一個月內有效觀看。
(4) 透過 Google 表格遞交錄像連結，如下圖所示：

備註：把錄像超連結填入 Google 表格

網上遞交錄像連結：https://reurl.cc/Xee0ng，申請者只能呈交一次錄像。
