English Oral Evaluation

Dear Students

● You are required to prepare and submit a video for


your English oral evaluation. This video should
demonstrate your proficiency in various English
language skills. Detailed instructions on how to
structure and prepare your video are explained in this
ppt.
1. Overview of the
Project
Purpose: Your video will showcase your abilities in
personal information sharing, using past simple tense,
describing people, comparing and using comparatives
and superlatives, and utilizing the present perfect
tense.

-Video Length: Your video should be between 5-10


minutes long.
2. Content Structure:

- Introduction (1 minute):

- Introduce yourself by sharing basic personal


information (like your name, age, hobbies, etc).
Past Simple Segment (1-2 minutes):

Talk about a past event or experience in


your life.
Physical and Psychological Descriptions (1-2
minutes):

- Describe a person you know well or a


famous individual, focusing on both physical
appearance and personality.
Comparatives and Superlatives (1-2 minutes):

- Make comparisons between things, people,


places, or concepts, using comparatives and
superlatives.
Present Perfect Segment (1-2 minutes):

- Discuss experiences or achievements you


have had, using the present perfect tense.
Conclusion (30 seconds - 1
minute):

- Conclude your video with a


summary or your thoughts about
this exercise.
3. Preparation Guidelines

● Be Creative: Feel free to use visual aids or any


other creative elements.
● -Clarity: Speak clearly and maintain a natural
pace.
● Scripting: Consider writing a script or key points
to structure your video.
● Practice: Rehearse your video for better fluency.
● Use notes but DO NOT READ!
4. Technical Requirements

● - Format: Ensure your video is in an acceptable format


(e.g., MP4, AVI).

● -Submission: Follow the provided instructions for


submitting your video (e.g., via email, a file-sharing
service, etc.).

● Deadline: Submit your video by the specified


deadline.
