Seminar Schedule Circular
The students should get ready for the presentation with the following documents
by the time they give the seminar.

1. To give the seminar, students should get the approval from their Respective
guide.
2. Before giving the seminar, student should submit one copy of the Abstract in
hard copy and soft copy of Abstract and Report which has to be sent to the
respective Seminar Guides for the valuable suggestions
3. Seminar Report should be ready by the time giving the presentation.
4. The Guideline for the presentation should be as follows
a. The presentation time for each student will be 15 minutes.
b. You will need to convey key points about your seminar to your
audience. The breakdown below is intended to serve as a guideline
of how to structure your presentation:
i. Introduce your area (1-2 mins)
ii. Literature survey, State your problem and why it’s
important (1-2 mins)
iii. Give the idea of your solution, why it’s a good
solution/benefits (there is not enough time to go into details;
this is what your paper is for). If you are doing a
comparison among algorithms, give the idea of the
algorithm(s), how they work, state the advantages and
disadvantages of your techniques and how your
ideas/solutions help to improve upon the disadvantages. (8-
10 mins)
iv. Conclude and Questionnaire (2 mins)
You will be evaluated based on the following:

- Clarity in speaking
- Slides are clear, with appropriate use of pictures, diagrams, etc. to
Convey your Message (do not just read text from your slides!)
- Slides should be between 13-15.
- Presentation completion in time

Note:
• 15 mins time limit will be strictly enforced. This is to ensure that all
presenters will have an equal amount of time.
• The Report format for your reference has been attached as an attachment,
go through the report and do the report accordingly.
