INSTRUCTIONS:
 Second Term Exam will be conducted online. There will be no blended learning (onsite) from Sunday 14 th
March’21 to Thursday,25th March’21
 All the Exams will be conducted on Microsoft Teams.
 All the students should be in proper school uniform and attend the exam as per the given schedule and
platform.
 All the students attempting the exam should submit the paper (Turn in ) immediately(in the given time
frame)
 Paper should be sent to the teacher within 5 to 10 minutes of finishing time. Late submission will NOT be
accepted and the student might be disqualified from the exam.
 In case of any technical issues the student should inform the teacher immediately without any delay.
 All the students should have a laptop, camera/webcam.
 All the students attempting the exam should keep their cameras "ON" all the time during the test for
uninterrupted invigilation, failing which the student will be disqualified from exam.
 All the students should be online by 7:45 am to avoid any technical issues; late comers will not be given any
extra time.
 Exam duration is of 2 hours ( 8:00 am to 10:00 am)
 All the students should follow the instruction given by the invigilator. Any disobedience towards the
invigilators will disqualify them from appearing for the exam.
 Malpractice of any kind during the exam will lead to cancellation of your exam and disqualification.
 All the students should have a dedicated study area with all the required stationary like, pencil, pen, and
calculator (if required) for writing their exam.
 Students are NOT allowed to leave their seat without invigilators permission or before the completion of
time/duration of the exam.
 Retest will not be conducted for absentees. In case of absence due to illness, the student should provide
medical leave by next day of the missed exam to grade advisor.
 Spring Vacation for students begins from Sunday 28th March’21. School reopens for students on Sunday
11th April ‘21 ( Reporting plan for Term 3 will be sent later)
