Log into EPM


1. Click Log On from the EPM Ribbon.

2. If prompted click Do not show again, then OK.

3. Click on the Connection Manager.

4. Connections to Production will be established as part of installation. On


Connection Manager screen, select Connection Name (BPC Model),
then click OK.

5. Click Log On (single-sign-on enabled for production).

6. If connections are not available, follow either option below to establish


connections.
a. Copy and paste the Connections file below to your C drive:
C:\Users\<User ID>\AppData\Local\EPMOfficeClient

Connections.xml

(if you do not see AppData folder, type the path directly into address bar)

b. Manually create by clicking the Connection Manager icon then click


Create.

 Enter https://hhd-tyb4hp01.tmm.na.corp.toyota.com:44301/sap/bpc/ for


Server URL, click Web Authentication Protocol (this enables Single-Sign-
On), then click Connect.

 For Environment: select NA_PLAN_CONSOL, for Model – select based on


user access, click OK, and then click Generate Connection Name to log in.

Establishing Connections to Dev, Test or Stage


Environements

Log into EPM


1. Click Log On from the EPM Ribbon.

2. If prompted click Do not show again, then Ok.

3. Click the Connection Manager icon then click Create

4. Enter for Server URL then click Connect, enter User Name (your workday
id) and Password when prompted then Log On.
o BWD (Dev) - https://hhd-tyb4hd01.tmm.na.corp.toyota.com:44301/sap/bpc/
o BWT (Test) - https://hhd-tyb4ht01.tmm.na.corp.toyota.com:44301/sap/bpc/
o BWS (Stage) - https://hhd-tyb4hs01.tmm.na.corp.toyota.com:44301/sap/bpc/

Environment = NA_PLAN_CONSOL, Model – select based on user access,


enter Connection Name or click Generate Connection Name, then click OK.

5. Enter Workday ID and Password, then click Log On.

6. User logged in and EPM functions now visible and enabled.

Access Issues
1. User will receive message if they do not have access to a Model
 Example: User has access to system but does not have access to
NA_CONS model

2. User will receive message if they do not have access to the system
3. User needs to submit Access Request

4. For Dev, Test or Stage - User will receive message below if they do not
have access to the system or if their password is not valid
5. User needs to submit Access request or password reset request via 1TS
