the acceleration of the scooter?

Solution:
20 m/s - 5 m/s / 10 seconds = 1.5 m/s
Answer: The acceleration is 1.5 m/s.

2. A remote-controlled toy car with a velocity of 2 m/s accelerates at a rate of 2.5 for
about 3 seconds. What is the final velocity of the toy car?

of the ball so that it hits a target that is 30 meters away at a height of 1.8 meters?

x = V0 cos(35°) t
30 = V0 cos(35°) t
t = 30 / V0 cos(35°)
