import from Guangzhou, China. This company is located in Pulau Pinang and has been
established since 2015. The owners of LFS GLOBAL SDN BHD are Encik Fariq Asrhaf bin
Omar and his wife, Puan Nur Liyana binti Yaacob.

Puan Liyana worked as a tailor, who took orders for baby clothes after her graduation. It was
difficult for her to perform her job as they do not have any supplier that sell a typical and suitable
fabric for baby clothes. Then, she takes an initiative to contact a company located in Johor
regarding the typical fabric of baby clothes and decided to fly there with her husband to explore
the fabric by them. In a short time, they successfully found a few factories that supply the fabric
and take the risk to import the fabric to Malaysia and promote them to the tailors. Luckily, they
get a good response from them and decided to establish a company, LFS GLOBAL SDN BHD, a
fabric wholesaler company. At first, LFS stands for Liyana Fariq Sekeluarga but then changed to
Le Fabric & Sew. Now, LFS GLOBAL SDN BHD has successfully made a name for itself in
Malaysia.

where 2 employees are from department of customer service and multimedia, 5 employees from
department of operation and there is 1 employee for both department of account and production.

in group of tailors about the price and limit available. Next, staff of operation will list the order
and create invoice to the customer. The customer has due date of payment which is around one
week after the company do a postage (preorder). Head of account will calculate the total amount
of sales and submit to Puan Liyana and she will confirm with the factory. The stock will arrive in
3 or 4 days, and LFS GLOBAL SDN BHD will do the cutting process and packing then make a
postage to customers. They do two different sales which is sales preorder and sales website (the
balance stock of preorder will update in website, so it is ready stock). Also, LFS GLOBAL SDN
BHD mostly implements 80% taking order through online and customer can direct to their
