    So for your character you will be starting at level one. All races and classes are available.

    You are also allowed to start with a single feat or a common/uncommon magical item. The
    magical item will need to be approved.

    For character background, you can decide if your character is from a province from the
    Kingdom of Redonia or from outside of it.
