2. What type of project management structure do you anticipate in the organization?

Provide two examples to demonstrate why you selected that structure and identify three
strategies for how you will leverage the advantages, and/or manage the disadvantages
related to the project management structure you selected (can be bullet points).

The project is dedicated team structured. Entire team is divided into sub units which work
under the leadership of project manager.

Examples:
 Implementation of AC’s and heaters can be done by manufactures and engineers.
 With the aid of marketing, productivity level can be achieved at very high level.

Advantages:
 In this project structure, there is direct relation of project manager with each of team. It
makes working and implementation easy and flexible.
 Communication level will be improved and easy, as it will be single reporting system.
 Opportunity to get best of each team, as team member become versatile due to various
experiences, thus resulting in better execution.
