1. All the admitted candidates will be governed by the Rules and Regulations (Ph.D Ordinance &
amended in 15th Academic Council of the University w.e.f. 2018-19) applicable in all matters
related to Ph.D. Degree Programme.

2 Candidate admitted provisionally for Ph.D. Programme for the session 2020-21 (Odd Semester) are
hereby directed to deposit their requisite fee (Rs. 25000/- Admission Fee + Rs. 1000/- as
application fee) as per Ph.D. prospectus in the S.B.I. Murthal University Account No.
31559481201 within week after the issue of this letter. Refer University website regularly toget
theHostelfacilities/any update due to COVID-19.
A copy of Fees slip shall be submitted in the Department of Mathematics. Students who want to
stay in the hostel, they are directed to approach to the respective Chief Warden/Warden to deposit
the hostel development and maintenance fund alongwith the other charges of hostel.

3. Admitted candidateshould report to the Departmentfor Pre-Ph.D Course work from the
date of beginning/coming Odd semester (2021-22) of Ph.D Programme admission. The same
dateshall be considered as the reference date for countingthe duration of Course Work and
Ph.D.Work.
