INVENTORY OF SELF-LEARNING MODULES

1. Pursuant to Department of Education - Regional Office X Memorandum

No. 258, s. 2021, re: Self-Learning Modules (SLMs) Inventory Form, this office
directs all school heads through their school property custodians and with
the partnership of their respective school ICT coordinators to complete and
submit an inventory of Self-Learning Modules (SLMs) not later than June
18, 2021.

2. The SLMs inventory template can be downloaded at

bit.ly/MisOr_SLMsInventoryTemplate. School heads are urged to expedite
the accomplishment of the desired data. Public Schools District Supervisors are
advised to inform their respective District Property Custodians with the help of
their District ICT coordinators to upload the same at
bit.ly/MisOr_SLMsInventoryByDistrict. All District Property Custodians will
have an urgent virtual meeting using the usual platform on June 11, 2021
(Friday) at 9 am concerning this matter. Link will be shared at the PSDS and
District Property Custodians’ Group Chat.
