other departments may ask you to be scrub b suit when you are duty in emergency room.)

- For ate Els, wala syang binigay na size chart. Instead eto daw
yung mga areas na kailangan imeasure. You can do it in your
nearest patahian to have the following measured:
- Top: shoulder, sleeve length, sleeve circumference, bust, waist,
hips, length of polo/scrubs
- Bottom: waist, hip, thigh, knee, crotch, pants length
- (Note from ate Els: when having your measurements taken, don’t
request for an allowance. She will do it.)

Details: 2 buttons at the top right. Take note nalang sa likod ng top uniform.
3 pockets sa top. 2 side pockets and one back pocket sa pants. Both will use white slacks.
