For each shut-in to be analysed, duplicate the empty "PBU" worksheet containing the plot calculations, and rename the co
sheet name will be used later to identify each set of shut-in data.
On each sheet for a given set of shut-in data, select "Edit Data" button. Then enter the test-type and units for data input, en
the rate-data, and enter the pressure data. Then select the "Begin Analysis" button to configure the spreadsheet ready for

green marker in the pressure data to the end of the shut-in.
Note that the "zoom" buttons will expand/contract the plot scales around either the "S.I. Start" and "S.I. End" markers, depe

to discover how this analysis works.

Feel free to add your own worksheets for any other calculations you want to perform with these results.
Additional Notes:
For derivative plots, it is recommended that smoothing be kept at zero (none). There is a log-filter built-in to the plot-table se
data down to 150 points, and this filter will yield a sample of points that should create a realistic plot. If the data after this fil

The "Time" column for rate and pressure can be formatted as desired, but make sure the conversion factor "Convert delta-

If a relative time format (e.g. decimal hours) is used, then the time values for both rate and pressure must have the same b

The only requirement for the rate-history is that it includes all the rate changes prior to the shut-in. There is no need to incl
or align the time values in the rate-history to the pressure data. Just note that the time values for each rate defines the star

All of the plots in this spreadsheet are "bare" chart objects that can be formatted and manipulated as desired. Just carry ou
scales and change colours/styles to get the display you want. The only restriction is to keep the series names on the chart
referenced for the zoom function and updates of the plotted data.
