 Guidelines for Selection of 5o qoromitro

l. Qualifrcations: Diploma in Fisheries / Bachelor's Degree in Fisheries Science./ Marine Biology/

Zoology.
2. Selection preference wilt be given to additional qualifications like M.F.Sc / B.F.Sc / M.Sc

Aquaculture / Fisheries / Coastal Aquaculture / Marine Biology / Biotechnology / Zoolory along

with experience in the Aqua labs, Food processing labs, IT skills and related subject fields.
3. The candidates who called for interview has to submit a declaration to stay in attended fishermen
village before attending interview.
4. Selection procedure: Weight age will be g1ven 75o/o for merit, soft skills lOplo and interview l5%.

5. Online interviews will be conducted by three members commiftee.

6. Age limit is 18-35 years as on 3145-2021.

7. 80% candidates from native districts and 20% non local districts ofA.P'
8. Roster system and Rule of reservation will be observed.

9. The posts purely temporary and they are recruiting under PMMSY

10. These posts are purely engaged on contractual basis only up to 3l'03'2024
ll. Preference will be given to qualified local candidates and experienced candidates in the area of
Aqua labs, Food processing labs and IT skills
12. performance incentive of Rs.10,000/- will be paid per month and additional performance

will also be paid to Sagaramitra's on additional tasks entrusted to them

incentive of Rs. 5000/-
from time to time.
