PROMISSORY NOTE

FOR VALUE OF THE PROPERTY UNDER TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.


14952 OF THE REGISTRY OF DEEDS OF PROVINVCE OF CATANDUANES, I, REYNALDO
TABINAS CRUZ JR. of legal age, Filipino, married and with residence address at
________________________, promise to pay in monthly installment basis for one (1)
year without need of demand to Thelma S. Din, Attorney-in-Fact of ADELAIDA T.
SABERON, the principal amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P
250,000.00) which will commence on May 2021 and will end on May 2022.

In relation thereto, I promise to pay the monthly installment in the amount of P


20,000.00 beginning May 2021 until May 2022.

In the event that I defaulted on payment of the said principal amount set forth
herein for the aforestated period, and the default continues after Ms. Din on behalf of Ms.
Adelaida T. Saberon notifies me of the default and the period within which it must be
corrected, as may be required by law, Ms. Thelma S. Din on behalf of Ms. Adelaida T.
Saberon shall declare the unpaid principal balance, accordingly incur a penalty of six
percent (6%) per annum.
