Account & Booking Guidelines
STEPS TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT ON THE ABRSM PORTAL
Step 1: Log onto www.abrsm.org
Step 2: Register for an ABRSM account on the ABRSM Portal: https://portal.abrsm.org/en-GB/Global/Register
Step 3: Select Country of Residence: India
Step 4: Postal address & Telephone Number to be of the applicant
Step 5: Email ID to be the candidates or the applicant

STEPS TO BOOK YOUR EXAM

Step 1: Log in to make a new exam booking: https://portal.abrsm.org/en-GB/Global/Login
Step 2: Select Territory as INDIA
Step 3: Select PRACTICAL EXAMS OR MUSIC THEORY EXAMS
Step 4: Select Assessment Location as REMOTE
Step 5: Select candidates grade and instrument ( Keep adding as many candidates you want to register)
Step 6: Select from the scroll down menu Region and select any ONE State: Chandigarh, Haryana, Himachal
Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Ladakh, National Capital Territory of Delhi, Madhya Pradesh-Gwalior,
Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh
Step 7: Fill in the candidates Contact ID only if available
Step 8: Fill in Candidate details with name, DOB, gender, presenter’s name and YOUR/ APPLICANT email address
Step 9: On the next SUMMARY PAGE for Performance Grade fill in the 15% discount code: ABPG15IN
Step 10: Pay for the exam through your Credit Card in British Sterling Pounds and get confirmation in your email

VIDEO SUBMISSION & RESULTS

• Decide the month you want to submit your exam video from your ABRSM Account
• Bookings from Initial, Grade 1 to ARSM open every month between the dates and times shown below
• Submit your video any time after booking and before your chosen submission deadline
• PDF Mark Form available in the Portal from a week to within a month on completion of the exam
• Bulk Certificates couriered to applicant’s address in approx. two to three months after the exam

ABRSM THEORY: Online Music Theory Exam Grades 1 to 5

• From August 2021 onwards, online Music Theory exams for Grade 1 36 GBP
Grade 1 to 5 will be available ‘on demand’ allowing candidates to Grade 2 37 GBP
book and take their exam whenever they wish Grade 3 38 GBP
• After booking candidates will be emailed their unique log in Grade 4 43 GBP
details to download & access the PSI app Grade 5 46 GBP
