Project Title: Impact Testing Facility Development for Tynor Orthotics

SCoE Lab: Product Design and Validation Lab

Key Objective: To design the impact test setup to find the impact force
generated Tynor Orthotics make orthopedic supports for
people suffering from injury or simply old people.

Now they’re planning to add a certain pad material that can

absorb some extra damping and in turn provide more safety
to the bone in question or consideration.

To test the response of certain materials and to select an

optimum material, they want a testing machine and the
project is to design such an impact testing machine.
