AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE
I, JUSTINA BUENAOBRA y SALAZAR, of legal age, Filipino, single, with residence
and postal address at No. 2769 F. Buencamino St., Poblacion, Makati City, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the same Justina Buenaobra y Salazar who is the Complaining Witness in

the above-entitled case against Willy Randy Ramones y Cabael;

2. My repeated assessment and analysis of the incident lead me to realize that

everything arose out of misunderstanding;

3. I am no longer interested to pursue this case and hereby request the Honorable
Court to dismiss the same;

4. I fully understand that once this case is dismissed, the same cannot be filed
again;

5. I am executing this Affidavit of Desistance freely and voluntarily.
