AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, ROLLY ARMONIO ACDOL, Filipino, of legal age, married, and resident

of No. 47 Wannamaker St., Barangay Concepcion Uno, Marikina City after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. I am the private complainant in the criminal case entitled “People of the

Philippines vs. JOMARIE SALCEDA BARTOLOME for Other Light Threats
under Article 285 par. 1 of the REVISED PENAL CODE docketed as Criminal
Case No. 22-12810 before the Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 140, Quezon
City, Philippines

2. That after discussing the matter and having met again with the
respondent/accused and his relatives, it was then found out that what had
transpired was clearly a misunderstanding and misinterpretation of events;

3. In this regard, we had then agreed to settle everything amicably and go on;

4. In view of our compromise by the accused, I would like to manifest that we

now completely and absolutely exonerate the accused from any liability in
connection with the above-mentioned criminal case and that we are no
longer interested, and we hereby desist, in prosecuting the said criminal
case;

5. As such, we respectfully pray that the aforementioned case against

JOMARIE SALCEDA BARTOLOME be withdrawn and/or dismissed with
prejudice.
