to make application under the Income Tax Act to the appropriate statutory authority to obtain
Permanent Account Number (PAN) in the name of the Trust i.e.ARPAN, having registered office

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Shri ______________, Trustee of the Trust be and is hereby
authorized to do all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary in this regard.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Shri __________________, Trustee of the Trust and Shri
_______________ Trustee of the Trust be and are hereby authorized to sign certified true of the
foregoing resolution and same be forwarded to the appropriate authority in this connection.”
