3) In order to ensure confirmation of receipt of payment of form fees & Exam fees, we have made
following changes regarding payment of fees, selling of forms & acceptance of forms.
Please take note that payment of form fees & Exam fees has to be done between 1st March 2021,
Monday to 16th March 2021, Tuesday.
Any late payment will not be accepted at all after 16th March 2021, Tuesday.
4) Please take note that form selling & acceptance only between 19th March 2021, Friday to 31st
March 2021, Wednesday.
5) Payment confirmation – Please note that, JALTAP will accept forms only after confirmation of
your payment at JALTAP’s Current Bank account ONLY (i.e. 1st March 2021, Monday
to 16th March 2021, Tuesday)
 6) Only Online Payment Accepted

Special Note: Please inform us about Special Student (Hearing problem, physically handicapped or
any other disability) while filling form.
Important Notes: -

I) JALTAP shall apply to concerned government authorities to get permission to conduct

exam.

II) If government authority denies permission, JALTAP will cancel the exam.

III) If government authority gives permission to conduct exam,

applicants/examinees/friends & their relatives are bound to follow all rules, Social distancing,
mask & primary health checkup etc. at Test site.

IV) Any violation (by applicants/examinees/friends & their relatives) of rules for handling
CORONA situation will be treated as violation of exam rules & such applicants/ examinees
shall be disqualified.

V) Japan Foundation or/and JALTAP may cancel exam at the last moment if CORONA
situation forces to do so.

VI) In case JLPT Exam gets cancelled because of natural disaster or pandemic situation,
only exam fee & its GST shall be refunded and, not form fee and its GST.
