Each school shall prepare the following:


1. Class List by sections with profile of each learner;
2. Weekly Home Learning Plan; and
3. Class Program/ Schedule

 Time allotment is based on the reasonable time frame for the completion of
clearly defined goals stated in the CapSLETs.

 90-minute time per learning are per day, twice a week schedule shall
accommodate completion of CapSLETs along with other available supplementary
materials (e.g. radio/tv lesson, online/offline video materials etc)

 Flexibility in the completion of each CapSLET shall be allowed to accommodate the


learning needs, characteristics, level of understanding and unique situations of each
learner. Hence, CapSLETs may be accomplished at learner’s pace and preferred
learning schedule.

 Flexible class schedule and learning area distribution. Schools may modify /plot own
distribution as necessary .

1. Monitoring and feedback of learner progress shall be conducted within the assigned learning time
frame for each learning area. Target number of learners is approximately 5 to 10 students per
day.

2. Recommended Monitoring and Feedback Schedule


l 8:00am - 10:00 am / 10:00 am - 12:00 nn
l 1:00pm -3:00pm / 3:00pm -5:00pm
l Monitoring and Feedback time is extended to the 30-minute break per learning area to provide wide
coverage for monitoring and feedback per learner. Frequency of contact is limited to one (1) in
every two weeks.

3. Time is flexible to accommodate parents’ or students’ availability e.g. working students may not
be able to follow the recommended learning time due to daytime work hence may do CapSLETs
in the evening; feedback time may be agreed upon by teacher and parent/student.

Teachers are expected to check in with individual students


at least once every two weeks for monitoring/feedback;
initiate the call/text for monitoring and feedback;

Parents and students may also initiate feedback time as


the need arises within the designated time or within a prior
agreed time for feedback on difficulties, clarification, and/or
consultation.
z Monitoring and feedback for consultation and intervention :
 Text messaging, audio calls, video calls

Monitoring and Feedback shall include, but not limited to


the following:
 Sending of text messages or a bullet pointed
summary of what is the CapSLET for the week,

 Quick survey to monitor learners’ progress,
accomplishment as well as challenges and dificulties
 Follow-up for remediation, intervention, and/or
enrichment
