Openings

They use a wooden material for the door opening and aluminum frames with 4cm thick glass for
windows. The glass is not fully light transparent so it’s one way of make the room temperature
cool down. Both materials give an interesting look for the building and the height of the opening
are proper so anyone can easily access. but the main problem for the openings are small in width
so users are not freely in and out when the carry a thing for instance in living room there is no
proper opening that are used to view the garden area from the living side and it makes the room
darker

Ground Floor
The ground floor has one maid’s room, toilet, store, laundry, kitchen, family room, corridor and
stair with different size and arrangement. They use HCB with white color plastering as a wall
finishing material and well decorated gypsum ceiling plus ceramic tile floor finish, This finishing
material gives an interesting look for the rooms but they use a ground floor as a basement
because of the next house slope and the corridor width its small it’s not enough for movement
and for natural light source. the ground floor are a trafficking area also its include living and
service zones. There is no enough air ventilation because of the opening and collider size.

Family room

We have two family room in the ground and third floor, both rooms have enough space for the
furniture and circulation and they use HCB wall material with white painting wall finishing. The
finishing materials are white we take as a good thing because the color make the room wider and
brighter when there is dim light source. Also the height of the rooms are proper that make the
room have good air circulation and use a decorative gypsum as ceiling finish. The opening are
made up of wooden material and partial transparent glass so make room not the hot when sun
rises. But the openings size is not enough for movement
Kitchen

Use ceramic tile as a wall and floor finish good looking furniture the sanitation work are good
enough space for movement good and clean working space but have not enough natural light
source and ventilation

Use unnecessary window in front of family room

First floor

We get the first floor by taking grace full outside stair or inside ground floor stair. This floor
accommodates living room, open kitchen, dining, toilet, office with open corridor and stair. this
floor level uses white plaster wall finish .they give a grace full and amazing ceiling finishes by
using gypsum and well finished perky floor in the living, dining and open kitchen but we see a
missing opening on the garden side

Living room

The living room are using perky Ceramic tile floor finish and painted good texture on its wall,
the room have a light source from its opening and its exposure to the north east so we have
access on morning sun.but the openings are not good enough for site view.if we went to observe
the view we have to take a walk to the balcony. The room are wide enough for any activities like
coffee ceremonies also its good for air ventilation. The furnitures are beautiful and matches with
the paint so it give the room grace. There is an open kitchen attached to the room we can have
easy access if its needed. The manmade light are beautiful and make enough light when the sun
is rise

Dining room
The dining are adjacent to the living room have opening in front which has access to the morning
sun. They are using a floor and ceiling like living room but the wall are differ. The room have
standard size so we can move freely and also have air circulation and good natural the furnitures
are ceramic floor finish, white color wall finish, but have not easy access to kitchen, have not
enough opening,

Second floor
Master bed room

Ceramic floor finish and paint white color,exposure to the north east so get morning sun, have
natural and manmade light source, good room size, well ordered furniture, no distractive voice,
have clean and beautiful toilet with jakuzee and bath enough space, good wall finish and floor
finish,

Children room

Ceramic tile floor finish, white color painted wall finish, enough space for movement, good air
ventilation, good natural light source, no distractive voice, but not enough furniture, not good
opening

Third floor

Guest room

The room has Ceramic tile floor finish and white color wall finish decorated gypsum as ceiling
finish. The color they paint is recommended to sleeping zone because white color by its nature
make the room quiet so it’s easy to fall sleep and the room size are standard so the guest can
easily circulate in the room. Also the furniture is design in scale of human proportion. The
openings are placed in good relation to the path of the sun rise and the view. Natural light is
entering through the openings but it’s not enough opening for bed room. The room height are
3.20 m it’s good for good air ventilation.as a problem the guest room is suggested to be under
family bed room because so times the families have privacy does not share with other people its
better to be at the ground or first floor because if old and disable are presented its not easy to

access

Family room

Ceramic tile floor finish, white color wall finish, good natural source and air ventilation, good
view, no distractive voice so good for nap, well
