The Citrus Terpene (D-Limonene) is a by-product obtained from the recovering
of industrial residues (peel, seeds, internal membranes, etc.) originated from the

orange juice extraction. After the lime addition in these residues the mass will be

disintegrated through the special equipments (mill and reacting screws) and pressed
in the vertical presses. The resulting liquid (liquor) will be send to the WASTE-HEAT

evaporators. The oil (D-Limonene) present in this liquor will be removed and directed

to special tanks of steel carbon for standardization and the removal of the remained
water by decanting system. After this standardization and the physical-chemical

evaluation, the product is classified and drummed and can be sent to the customers
