Detail Nonconformance Observed: Indicate Risk (tick): Major  Minor

Incorrect Raising Section (700mm) used, instead of 600mm as per design, which caused the manhole cover to be
overhanging by 30 - 35mm on all size.

Requirement is that manhole cover and raising section are installed flushed
