3. Teacher carries out an activity of saying the numbers on number line.
4. Pupils match the words and numbers using flashcards (mix and match).

ACTIVITIES 5. Teacher emphasises when writeing numbers in words or saying the numbers, the
“0’ in between the digits in the number is not writen or spoken. Example, 3 006 is
pronounced as three thousand and six.
6. Pupils state the numbers shown by the objects or abacus. (HOTS)
