Contract letter 
 
This  contract  is made between Karkhana Pvt. ltd and Mr/Mrs……………………..., who 
is  engaging  as  a  hardtool  operator  .  As  per  this  contract,  he/she  is 
responsible  hardtool  manufacturing  of  the  following  standard  items  for 
karkhana science kit for each grade

4  One day per week (3-4 hrs ) 

Look after the purchase  

Product  specifications  are  attached  with  this  contract.  Upon  agreement, 

digital  design  files  compatible  with  the  organization’s  hard  tool  technology 
will be provided by the organization. 
 ● Required  raw  materials  and  laser  cutting  facility  will  be  provided 
by the organization. 
● The  deadline  for  delivering  the  products  is  15  working  days  from 
the  date  of  agreement. In the absence of any technical problems 
or  extenuating  circumstances,  as  determined  by  the 
organization,  any  delays  in  delivery  will  lead  to  deduction  of 
payment. 
● All items must be quality checked. 
● The  organization  opening  time  is  06:00  –  18:00.  He/she  may 
choose  when  and  how  long  he  stays  in  the  organization  during 
opening  hours  as  long  as  the  product  is  delivered  by  the 
aforementioned deadline. 
● There  will  be  no  compensation  for  additional  work  if  any  defects 
are found in the products. 
● He/she  will  be  reporting  to  the  organization’s  production  lead 
Samaya Khadka. 
● Operator  must  follow  the  safety  guidelines  made  by  PPC 
community  
●  Space must be clean and before operation the machine must be 
clean  
●  

  

  He  will  be  receiving  Rs.18,500  in  total  and  Rs  .15725  in  cash  in  hand  and 
his/her PAN number is ………………………….
