SOP OF COMPRESSION TESTING MACHINE (SOP-10)

Operation Steps:

 Switch on the instrument.

 Adjust the rate of compression as required for different sample.
 Place the sample between jaws of load unit.
 Close the release valve completely and set pressure valve as per required rate given
below:-

 Press the green switch of machine and set relay in peak position.
 When the sample breakdown note value as shown in display unit.
 Remove the sample from the machine and calculate its result.
 Switch off the instrument after use.

Maintenance Procedure:

 Cleaning
 Oiling and greasing of threaded rod
 Checking of hydraulic oil.
