Subject: Application for Freezing of Semester

Sir,

With due respect, it is submitted that I am Bisma Aslam, class DVM (Morning), 1st semester and
my registration number is 20-ARID-3222. I am currently studying but I am having very urgent
work at home.

Actually, my mother is suffering from severe cardiac disease. There is no one to take care of her
as I am the only one at home. My father is not alive and my other siblings are also younger than
me. So, I have to take care of my mother. Doctor asked her to take complete rest for 3 months.
My mother also has a heart bypass in the upcoming month. Therefore, I want to freeze my
semester. So, I can easily look after my mother and my younger siblings. I will continue my
study from next semester when my mother will become completely healthy. Kindly accept my
leave so that I can continue my studies from next semester with a new mind which is free of
problems.
