HSBC providing payment support to third party retail John Lewis, HSBC helping John Lewis in providing various
payment support like Direct Debit, Faster Payment etc.

existing customer; TD brought this product from CIBC bank.
This new credit is based on Aeroplan Travel Reward card, which offer customer earning Miles while using this
card, Worked on TSYS for Card Issuance, Reissue and Miles Calculation.
US Bill Payment - As part of the Cross-Border Program, US Bill Pay for Canadians will provide EasyWeb and
Canadian Mobile customers the unique ability to make bill payments to US payees from their TD Canada Trust
Canadian dollar and US dollar personal savings and chequing accounts.

TSS MBNA - TD-MBNA Technology Integration program is to complete the technology integration from the
acquisition of MBNA Canada Bank into the new TD North American Credit Cards and Merchant Services
(NACC&MS) business.
As part of testing team, we are testing credit card major functionality like, card issuance, statement, payment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 I was working as Analyst, Designer, Test-Lead and overall Test coordinator for above Projects at client
site Canada.
 I was Working as a SME on Card Issuance, statement project at onshore for TD client in Canada for
Project MBNA
 Working with Business directly to getting Business requirement and accordingly communicating same to
offshore and helping to prepare testing document.
 Prepared Test-scenario based on TSYS for Electra TD-AIMIA requirement and MBNA card issuance.
 Prepared Test-Plan and managing whole execution according to plan dates.
 Coordinating with different third party vendor like AIMIA, TSYS and managing file flow from different

Collection SMS Alert: This enhancement was developed for North America. Collection SMS developed to
enhance another way of communication from collection to customer. Collection can generate batch SMS as
well as online SMS basis on the promise to pay.
CRP Development: CRP is new processes develop to build in such a way as to improve customer service,
eliminate manual processing and errors and to meet all regulatory standards.
 HBAP APRRV Upgrade: In this project we have upgrade Asia Specific Base region from Gold 4.1 to 4.4,
this project mainly involve code retrofitting and testing.
Brazil COLLECTION: This involved in providing solution to Business requirement. This functionality
included stand alone Collection tracking system in Brazil region. In this we have included some new
functionality like new collector assignment rule
GRV Kept PTP: This project enhances the Kept PTP report functionality in the COLLECTION. In this
functionality a new report generates in the nightly COLLECTION batch on KEPT promises taken by a
collector.
HBEU Premier Card: This involved in providing solution to Business requirements. This Functionality
include for to identify ‘International Premier Customer’ and how customer excludes customers from automatic
collection action and these customers are routed to a special queue for review.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

 I was responsible for developing design and write approach document for various BRD(Business
requirement doc). According to design doc PDM team write the functional doc.
 For collection SMS, was responsible handle whole off shore delivery.
 I was responsible for developing various Online and Batch program according to Technical and
Functional specification.
 I am responsible to design various Batch and online program by using COBOL, VSAM, JCL and CICS.
