Micro interactional on teacher’s interaction in pre teaching speaking class : public

speaking class

Abstract

This paper is reports a videotaped observation of speaking teacher. The focus of


observation is the pre teaching speaking in public speaking class. The videotaped data was
analyzed by using ethnographic microanalysis and conversational analysis. This paper addresses
what the teacher roles in the classroom. It is also addresses how the teacher got students’
attention and make them interested to the material gives.
