Hello guys, My name is Abhimanyu singh, I have just complete my roadies journey, during this
journey I experienced I have experienced, the need for clarity, courage and confidence coming
tgehter, and still maintaining an individual place. This also taught me how to be in a group and
deliver something which is of common purpose, ensuring you bring the discerning value to the
group, Specially when you are amidst people who are ace in their own fields, its being in class but
not lost. Its being in group of best of the best, but you don’t loose your betterness, its about, not
only the strong shoulders, but the right head on the shoulders, its about keeping nerves, when
everything around is unusual

Ladies and gentelen when I look back, and try to relate, the ediffies to the structure a lot
comtenplative and introspective emerges. Every child is like a blank canvas with its own colour,
texture, fragrance and furnace, I mean every child is unique. What is he made up of, irrespective why
he is made up of, what is he made up of is also special, each one is destined to his own journey of
learning, evolving and enlightenment.

I think the first chapter, gets written by, those whom you spend time in your formative years The
foundation of your character is laid there. As we move further in life, you start testing and adjusting
your original, concepts and responses and then finally emeges a basic you, which lives throughout
with some new patterns coming in but the core stays the same. My story is no different

Born in a middle class family, Where meaning of the life taught is hardwork, sincerity , commitment
dedication, honesty and being virtuous. I was fortunate to be in the care of responsible parents who,
suppotted me, challenged me encouraged me and on top of all this tried understanding my
eccecntrecities, this was upper KG, and I chanted shlokas of Gita, without understanding even an
iota of it. 6 year old, getting up at 4:30 in the morning, and skating kilometre on road was the first
encounter with what hardwork means, how to keep eyes on possibilities, and how a purpose
without passion is incomplete and insufficient and all this happens with some people, either in the
form of a tracher, coach, mentor, or a friend. All this drill developed in me an overall concept of
endurance. And it was this place where you guys are from, and I still remember some school in
sector 22, where in category of Under 8, I as a one of the youngest, could lift the gold, some blurred
sense of achievement, people apprecating and, patting me must haver enriched my subcncious,
preparing me for longer and more exciting journey. I have lived in different places, experiencing
good amount of variety and diversity, all these movements, and interactions kept on developing
newer conciosuness, as the life moves forward. I think travel is directly proportionate to learning and
hence one must travel, it brings dimensions that, ensures development. We moved to Noida in the
year 2012 and a new page was stated gettng written in my life. The exposure, the experiments, the
enrichment, suddenly life started offering digffernt lessons I consolidated my potential and could ace
in, oratory singing and music. With basics remaining same, “Nothing works harder than the
hardwork” If youre aware of the purpose If you can see the possibilities, be ready to leave no stone
unturned, god will maker you meet people, who could make transformation happen

Padhoge likhoge banoge nawab kheloge kudoge banoge ganwar, was a typical dichtom, delivered in
general. Thank god I could get 95% marks in 12 and could make a headway to one of the drem
institutes and city, I mean symbiosis Pune. The first experience of being away form family, the
difficulties of being on own, I learned, lot of managing, most of it for the first time, culminating into a
bit more of patience and perseverance. Acted in movies assignment, performed in theatre, sung in
restaurants, I explored lot of what was unmanifested. The stubbornness of the houseowner, the
irrationality of the professors, and the judgements of other generations, I think its been lot of
learning and most of it was out of the books. Responsibly complted my course with specialisation in
advertising and Public Relations. I grd=aduated o=ti uncertyainity, confusion and but with undefined
desire, to bring into this world something important and different. Came back home and followed
the obvious, joined into the bandwagon of students going abroad . For some days everything was
better than India, and the best could be and upcoming contient, and one of the most beautiful citiies
I mean Melbourne. I was Ausrtalia doing my master in management studies from a reknowned
university called Monash. 6 Months, one semester was enough to remove the dust from the mirror
Making me better see myself. I dropped out not sure what shall I be doing, but I was sure not to do
what I was doing. This was clarity seekig clarity that’s what life is about. Back home as a dropout,
took some time to give myself adequate space to figure out the ay forward. Did my health and
wellness certification, and prepared for the relity show this was a real transformation carving inches
like a strong and stylish physique. Controlling senses, mind, and body, making the trio get into a
appreciable confluence. The first GD, the second Gd, PI and eventually culling was steping up in your
ability to impact, influence, specially when the time in hand is not only limited but very less, I high
learned high impact delivery. I have already shared with you at the beginning, what has been the
take home from the journey of roadies,

The youth today, is far more informed, fart more resourceful, and has far more opputunities but
unfortunately missing forest in the trees. I think the wellness of todays youth is not only a matter of
concern but is also and opportunity where a lot of valuer add can be briught in I think the word like
career, success, recognition, wellness, are like mamy small circles enciccled by a big circle of our lives
and its all connected. You cant have career at the cost of wellness, and you cant have wellness at the
cost of the career, your success would not be sustainable if, right balancing among the different
elements is maintained. This does not mean, that you do not differentiate the specefics of the
elements, this does mean seeing the relatedness. Corona pandemic, slow down of economy, closure
of schools colleges, people oozing jobs, salaries being cut, travel avenues blocked, Socialising at its
lowest and entertainment at its nadir. This has been first of its experience by the world, seriously
impacting the wellness. When I say Wellness, I mean the wellness in totality, wellness includes
health fitness, Its not only physiological but psychological as well as thesocial health and the spiritual
health its about sense of wellbeing in all aspects of life. The Mental health challenge, the social
upheavals, mechanical relationships, rising stress levels, sense of alienation and annoy a world
desperate to teach and deaf to listening the human need of love affection and compassion. We are
lost in a Labyrinth trying to understand life from limited perspective. A model of development that
creates social inequality, skewed oppurtunities, leading to desperate disparities, needs an
immideate revisit =, May it be in a family, society or a nation what is needed is change with
consistency, what is needed is a passion with purpose what is needed is a conncect between wha,
how and why I think this nature is full of variety but balance, this nature has passion, purpose,
persistence, persecverance, and most interestingly it all balances for a far bigger cause which is
sustaining living beings and the life. I think so is the case with all of us. The purpose has to have a
value being brough in or added, Possibilities are supposed to have contuiuty and sustainability, and
all this could happen because of the people who we need to value, whom we need to connect
whome we need to lidten and trust and when I say people, Im including ourselves also Its all about
relationship Its about your relationship with yourself, its about your relationship with others its
about your relationship with concepts its about your relationship with different elements of
execution Its about being firm, fare, focused, its sbout being happy and contended with whwatever
you are doing and whatever you want to do its about cherishing failures, Its about learning from
your success, its about people, possibilities and passion. Its about all of us

Please remember, no one is safe, unless all of us are safe. No ones happiness is permanent unless we
