O R D E R:-

Government of India have extended the additional allocation of Rice @ 5 kgs

per person per month under PMGKAY to all the beneficiaries covered under TPDS
(AAY and PHH) under NFSA, 2013 for a period of (05) more months i.e., from July,
2020 to November, 2020, at free of cost.

After careful examination, a quantity of rice @ 5 kgs per person per month and
Chana Whole @ 1 Kg per card are hereby allotted for the month of July, 2020 under
PMGKAY in ADDITION TO REGULAR PDS, based on the ePDS DKR of July, 2020,
for distribution at free of cost to AAY, Annapurna and PHH / WAP cards.

The State Information Officer (SIO), National Informatics Center (NIC), VJA is
requested to ensure the following, in compliance with the directions issued by the
 File No.FCS02-Pds1021/20/2020-SUPDT.PDS-CCS

GOI in their letter dated:31.03.2020.

i. Generate separate allocation of Rice and Chana for the month of

July,2020 towards PMGKAY under NFSA and Non NFSA duly deducting
the CBs of Rice and Chana whole available at FP Shops under PMGKAY
upto June,2020, separately.

ii. Generate FP Shop-wise and Cluster-wise ePDS allocation of Rice

and Chana whole in packet form to the Srikakulam district for the month of
July, 2020 separately under NFSA & Non NFSA duly deducting the CBs of
Rice and Chana whole available at FP Shops under PMGKAY upto
June,2020, separately

iii. Generate fortified rice allocation separately under NFSA and Non
NFSA under PMGKAY to the Bobbili and Parvathipuram assembly
constituencies covered with i) Bobbili, ii) Ramabadrapuram, iii) Badangi, iv)
Therlam v) Parvathipuram, vi) Balijapeta, vii) Sitanagaram, viii) G.L.Puram
and ix) Kurupam mandals of Vizianagaram district for the month of
July,2020, duly deducting June, PMGKAY fortified Rice CBs and Chana
whole available at FP Shops upto June 2020.

iv. Ensure that allocation of freezed FP Shops shall be enabled to

the alternate FP Shops.

v. Ensure that Rice and Chana whole shall be released to the FPS
dealers through SCM at free of cost.

vi. Scale of distribution of Rice shall be 5 kgs per member in AAY,

ANP and PHH / WAP cards and Chana whole shall be 1 Kg per BPL card
at free of cost.

vii. Enable separate report on distribution of Rice and Chana whole

at free of cost under NFSA and Non NFSA as per the GOI instructions
dated:31.03.2020.

viii. Ensure that, FP Shop dealers are permitted to draw

additional Rice and Chana whole under portability to the extent of
quantity drawn under June, 2020 PMGKAY only.

All the Collector (CS), are requested to ensure the following :

i. Ensure distribution of Rice @ 5 kgs per member in AAY, ANP and PHH / WAP
card and Chana @ 1 Kg per card at free of cost.

ii. Instruct the DSOs, ASOs, Tahsildars, DT (CS) and other filed level
functionaries, to ensure lifting of stocks by the FP Shop dealers immediately
and ensure release of stocks through SCM to the authorized FP Shops only.
Rice and Chana whole shall be positioned in all the FP shops by
17.7.2020 positively.
iii. Ensure that the District Manger, APSCSCL, shall issue directions to the MLS
Point in-charges to generate the Release Orders, truck-sheet only for the
quantity actually supplied to Fair Price Shop Dealer separately for NFSA &
Non NFSA only through SCM portal.
iv. No Release Order shall be generated manually and no stocks shall be moved
without e-Release order. If any MLS point in-charge violates necessary action
will be initiated by the VC & MD., APSCSCLtd, Vijayawada.
v. The MLS point incharges shall release stocks as per ePDS FP shop-wise
allocation through SCM and ensure the delivery of stocks at the door step of
FP Shops through GPS based Vehicle Tracking System.
vi. Wide publicity shall be given about the distribution of Rice and Chana whole at
free of cost to the beneficiaries under PMGKAY for the month of July,2020,
through print and electronic media.

The VC & MD, APSCSCL, Vijayawada shall ensure positioning of sufficient

stocks of Rice and Chana whole at MLS Points concerned for release to the FP
Shops under PMGKAY for the month of July,2020.

Distribution of Rice and Chana whole to the card holders under PMGKAY
shall be commenced from 18.7.2020 and to be completed by 26.7.2020.
