Firstly, let’s thank to God Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa who gives us
opportunity to gather on this meeting today which must be has much
disadvantages for our knowledge or even inspiring us.
Now I am stating that the meeting today is opened (while knocking the table
three times) and please welcome our Toastmaster today Mr. Danu Ariantaka.

Ladies and Gentlemen, before we begin the meeting there is an aphorism
says “We cannot knowing and each other by seeing the cover” So it’s time
for introducing and telling the rules starts from the tuner give applause for
our timer.
Timer Thank you Mr.Toast Master for the time given to me. Good afternoon
everybody. My name is Bagas and I’m as a timer. My responsibilities are
taking notes of the time, and giving signal anybody who speaks over than
the decisions time. Now I’d like to read the rules :

minutes

I have two colour cards, which each card has different signal. White means the

Speaker I'm sutrisna devi as Table topic speaker. My duty stating the purpose of the
topic today and Giving some questions to all are the member here.
So Sports that can help youstay healthy are low cost and highly Effective at
getting you into shape.Many participate in sports becauseit is fun but there
are also a number of health benefits associated with staying active. If you
goal is to lose some weight, tone your muscles or improve your fitness,
basic sport will helps you achieve your objective like swimming, running
and biking.

Stay Healthy with Sports
Some sports that can help you stay healthy are low cost and highly
effective at getting you into shape. Many participate in sports because it is
fun but there are also a number of health benefits associated with staying
active. If your goal is to lose some weight, tone your muscles or improve
your fitness, basic sports will help you achieve your objectives.
1. Swimming
There are a number of benefits associated with swimming. Your
cardiovascular fitness gets a real boost when in the pool because swimming
works the entire body. Major muscle groups also go through an exhaustive
workout, depending on how much you swim. Your posture and flexibility
improve over time since swimming utilizes the whole body through

movements that can only be done in the water.

2. Running
Running burns a lot of calories, which is the simplest way to lose
weight. Your cardiovascular endurance benefits from a running
program. Running can lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of
heart attack. In addition to improving your fitness level, running
also helps tone your muscles, particularly your leg muscles, and
decreases bone and muscle loss, thereby slowing the aging process.

3. Biking
Just 40 minutes of bike riding can burn up to 500 calories, according to the
Adult Bicycling website. Indoor cycling classes at fitness studios are
specifically designed to burn a high amount of calories to help people
achieve their weight loss goals. Biking helps tone leg and back muscles,
while shaving off those love handles. Like swimming, biking is easy on
joints and bones, since it is a low-impact sport. This makes biking ideal if
you have limited range of motion or have knee problemrs.

First “which is the simplest way to lose weight” I think that sentence should
be changed to “simple”. The third, in your speech you said a “associat” I
think that should be better to change it into “associated” and the second
word you said “if you goal is to lose some weight, I think the word “is”
should be change into “are”.

 Eating Fruit Provides Health Benefits
The nutrients in fruit are vital for health and maintenance of your
body. The potassium in fruit can reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke.
Potassium may also reduce the risk of developing kidney stones and help to
decrease bone loss as you age.

Folate (folic acid) helps the body form red blood cells. Women of
childbearing age who may become pregnant and those in the first trimester
of pregnancy need adequate folate. Folate helps prevent neural tube birth
defects, such as spina bifida.

Anemia is diagnosed as any condition in which there is a decreased number
of circulating red blood cells. Conditions where our body does not produce
enough healthy red blood cells, destroys too many red blood cells, or loses
circulating red blood cells can all lead to anemia.
There are more than 400 types of Anemia currently known and below is a
general overview of the common causes of the three main groups of anemia:
1) Anemia caused by blood loss
2) Anemia caused by decreased or faulty red blood cell productions
3) Anemia caused by the destruction of red blood cells

presenting our topic today, the topic today is Anemia.
What is anemia?
Anemia is diagnosed as any condition in which there is a decreased
number of circulating red blood cells. Conditions where our body does not
produce enough healthy red blood cells, destroys too many red blood cells,
or loses circulating red blood cells can all lead to anemia. Red blood cells
are critical to our body's well-being. They carry hemoglobin, a complex
protein that contains iron molecules. The main function of these molecules is
to carry oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body. If there are not
enough red blood cells, an individual may experience symptomrs such as
feeling tired or weak.
There are more than 400 types of Anemia currently known and
below is a general overview of the common causes of the three main groups
of anemia:
1) Anemia caused by blood loss
The most common type of anemia - iron deficiency anemia -
typically falls into this category. In this case, the disorder is brought on by a
shortage of iron, most often caused by blood loss. The blood loss can be
categorized as acute and rapid or chronic. Rapid blood loss can include
surgery, childbirth, trauma, or a ruptured blood vessel.
When blood is lost, your body reacts by pulling in water from tissues outside
the bloodstream in an attempt to keep the blood vessels filled. This
additional water dilutes the blood, and, as a result, the red blood cells are
diluted.

2. Anemia caused by decreased or faulty red blood cell production
A patient’s diet can be a cause of anemia. A lack of iron or vitamin-rich
foods severely affect the body’s ability to produce enough red blood cells.
Vegetarians are particulary at risk of anemia due to the elimination of meat
which is high iron content. However, there are other iron-rich foods like
leafy greens or iron and vitamin supplements that can be incorporated into
the diet.
3. Anemia caused by the destruction of red blood cells
Red blood cells typically have a life span 120 days in the bloodstream, but
they can be destroyed or removed beforehand.
One type of anemia that falls into this category is autoimmune hemolytic
anemia, where the boy’s immune system mistakenly identifies its own red
blood cell as a foreign substance and attack them. Excessive hemolysis (red
blood cell breakdown) can occur due to many other medical conditions.
4. Symptomrs of anemia
The most common symptomrs of anemia, regardless of type, is a feeling of
fatigue and a lack of energy. Other common symptomrs of anemia may
include :
 Paleness of skin
 Fast or irregular heartbreat
 Shortness of breat
 Chest pain
 Headache
 Light-headedness

Treatments for anemia
There are a range of treatments for anemia, all ultimately aimed at
increasing the red blood cell count which in turn increases the amount of

oxygen the blood carries.

Dietary changes
A change to an iron-rich diet can help alleviate the symptoms of
anemia. To do this, patients can eat more fresh vegetables like leafy greens,
meats, and other recommended foods. Iron and vitamin supplements are also
available, which are particularly useful for patients who are on a restricted
diet.
A change in diet can boost iron, vitamin B12, and folic acid levels, which all
play a part in the production of healthy red blood cells. The following foods
are high in iron:
 Iron-fortified cereals and breads.

 Dark-green leafy vegetables, for instance curly kale and watercress.


 Pulses and beans.

 Brown rice.

 White and red meats.

 Nuts and seeds.

 Fish.

 Tofu.

 Eggs.

 Dried fruits, including apricots, raisins, and prunes.
