KEEP FIT
Many people spend their time in their office work chairs or even many people who
rarely exercise every week even though it can be at risk for chronic diseases that will arise
while people who often move are less likely to have these serious diseases.
Lack of physical activity means that people burn fewer calories. Adults do two and a
half hours of moderate exercise per week. It can be fat walking or cycling on flat roads. In
addition there are also muscle strengthening exercises, which are twice a week.
Practice can be expensive, but sports like football, rugby or cheap cricket are. Joining
the sports club is usually a cheap way to get exercise and can be very friendly too. Local
recreational centers usually offer cheap pumpkins and you might be able to get a good
deal. Gym membership too. If there's a pool at the rec center. It's also a good way to
exercise.
There are things you can do when you don't want to spend money on exercise :
1. Run
2. Get off the bus early and start walking to your destination
3. Invite friends/family to play physical games such as playing basketball etc
4. Doing housework, gardening, etc
There are many ways of getting fit and we should all recognize the value of doing this,
because we will live longer and be healthier.

People living in modern times are easier and more susceptible to diseases than our
ancestors were both light and deadly. More than a few find it difficult to organize the
current healthful pattern of life. Many conveniences make people prone to diet, activity
patterns, and so on. A simple example, maybe now your body is moving a little less
because of already existing services and online stores. Contributing to the pattern of
healthful living are daily habits that can have an impact on a person's physical health.
More than a few new ones improve the pattern of daily life after health problems.
An unhealthy person's lifestyle will affect our body health as well as metabolic
syndrome. It is a group of conditions that increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and
diabetes. Metabolic syndrome includes high blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess
body fat, and abnormal cholesterol levels. Healthy living can be achieved by changing
the patterns of our daily lives. By adopting a healthful pattern of life, we live longer with
good quality of life, also seeming to last longer. This is not difficult to do but requires a
long-term commitment to living up to it. Found that the diet we eat every day becomes
the biggest killer than smoking and is now the cause of 1 in 5 deaths worldwide.
How to encourage people to live healthy life :
1. Educate them about the benefits of healthy living and show directly the benefits of
healthy living.
2. Invite them to exercise together.
3. If he refuses, advise him to do sports that he likes, as well as his d.
