3. Instructions of the Hon'ble Chief Minister during the review meeting
held on 05.05.2021 on Housing activities.

l. You are aware that. instructions were issued to the districts to take up
constmction of model houses @ one per each layout to demonstrate the
construction ofhouse with type design and actual cost of construction'
2. Accordingly. so far beneficiaries were identified for construction model houses
in 5,048 layouts and 77 model houses are completed / nearing completion'
3. During the review meeting held on 05.05.2021 on housing activilies .Hon'ble
Chief Minister has directed Housing Department to conduct detailed analysis of
Specifications adopted in Model Houses and cost of construction and to take
appropriate aclion for completion of houses within the unit cost.
4. Hence, all the PDs(H) are directed to do cost analysis study on each model
house completed so far and suggest the appropriate measures/innovations to
complete the house within the unit cost in case the actual cost of construction
exceeds the unit cost. The cost analysis summary may be fumished in the
enclosed Annexure-l & II.
5. The report of the Project Director (H) along with enclosures shall reach this
office on or before 31 .05.2021 '
