I developed an instructional material (video lesson & illustration) to


simplify the topic and for the              students to easily understand it
since it is not well explained in their module. I gave them additional
performance task that is not found in their module.

3.4. Learners in difficult circumstances


One of my student transferred in Cebu that’s why his parent/
guardian can’t get his module in school so I decided to sent him the
link of the e-modules for him to continue answering it and let him
send a screenshot of his answer and I was the one who printed it
and gave it to his subject teachers.

The expected output of the learners is aligned with the
learning competencies.

I developed my own video lessons to served as
supplementary material for my learners to better
understand the topics found in their modules.

Developed video lessons as a supplementary material for
the students to better understand the topics in the modules.
I uploaded it in my youtube channel for easy access.

7.3. Professional links with Colleagues


I participated in different trainings/ webinars to hone my skills especially
in the new normal. One of it was the webinar on how to edit video
lessons. And from then, I was able to edit video lessons from TVBI to
Marungko Approach Video lesson to my own video lessons.

7.5. Professional Development Goals


Presented in the School Action Research Congress and won as one of the Top
5 Best Research Proposal. This PD was not initially part of my PD goals. Our
action research is based on the video lessons that I have developed wherein
we test students’ extent of satisfaction in learning through MELC –based
video lessons. 

Participated in the National 1 Virtual INSET facilitated by the Department of

Education. I learned so many things in this training as I was able to apply it in


my class. I                          discovered that there are many apps that I can use to
teach my students in the new normal.

In my reflective summary, it is an in-depth reflection about
my personal experiences in implementing the LDM.

I checked and recorded learners’ score in              assessment
and performance task as basis for their grades.

Did an online kumustahan for my Advisory Class to give them
updates as well as  asked them their thoughts about the
modular distance learning.

Let the students make a journal for me to know what they have
learned, what difficulty they have encountered while making their
journal as well as what they can suggest to better understand the
lesson.

Created a group chat for  my advisory class to give updates as
well as monitor their progress by giving feedback to their
submitted outputs.

Created a LAC Group Chat to disseminate                     information
about LDM, to exchange thoughts & learnings and to help one
another in doing all the task related to LDM.

Communicated with one of my student to follow up about his
module since no body can get it for him cause his siblings are all
studying while his parents are busy working.
