effective in playing productive role towards nation building. With these objectives, CPO
framework of PECsets parameters under four dimensions including developmentalactivities
(short courses, trainings, workshops, research publications, professional memberships,
Member of any TechnicalCommittee etc.), higher education, individual activities and on-job
experience.This framework is for the ultimate benefitsof engineersin their career development
andrenewalof registration aswell asfor elevationfrom registeredengineer(RE)to Professional
Engineer(PE)andalsoleadingto InternationalProfessionalEngineer(Int PEl.

Under NewVision of CPO,specializedjob-oriented and global certification courses are being

introduced to enhance employability and on-job performance. PECitself and through its its
registered ProfessionalEngineeringBodies(List available on PECwebsite), regularly conducts
short course, trainings and seminars to facilitate the engineers in fulfilling the CPO
