Analysis:
1. Describe how the teacher plays his/her role in allowing the learner
interacts with other in the classroom activity?
One of the method of the teacher to have a better interaction upon their
students they must consider their individual differences and through asking a
question and have group activity the students are challenge to participate
inside the class.
2. Have you notice everyone or group that do not join with the other
group? What maybe the reason for them in not joining the other
group?
Yes, some of them. I observed that they are not communicate into the other
fellow students I think the main reason she/he ashamed that is why she/he
being unaccompanied.
3. How does the teacher influence class interaction considering
individual differences of the students?
Based on what the teacher said to me that there is no prejudice was take
place by means of their respecting each other in what their belief as well as
their attitudes. So one of the strategies of the teacher to manipulate her
student is to motivate them and give some activities like grouping which
make the students to participate by sharing their ideas and comment by that
way there is effective interaction despite the differences.
4. Is there any interaction among the learners outside the classroom?
Why?
Yes we have after the class they indeed go with their own friends to have a
fellowship.
5. What factors may influence the grouping of the learners outside the
classroom?
Individual Differences by reason of through of this many people being alone
because they don’t want their attitude that is why they don’t want to mingle
them.
Reflection:
1. Based from your experienced is there any unity among the teacher
and learners inside and outside the classroom?
Yes there is harmony was take place in spite of differences through active
participating and fellowship.

2. Is there anything would you like to improve inside the classroom?

How will you do it?
Yes, Is more about motivation being a teacher when our students responded
our question regarding the topic let give them a honor every time the student
answer even though sometimes is not correct but despite of its wrongness,
still react politely in the student wrong answer so that the student will not be
offended but rather he/she will be motivated.

3. How will you encourage all learners regardless of religion, ethic or

rational background to interact and participate in classroom
activities?
To encourage them I must to show that I am accept them in spite of who
they are through of this my student they feel that I love them as well as
respect them…no matter who are your student as long as they want to learn
there is no predicament.
