There are more than 200 teachers in our team so TM can not
response to your message at once. Normally TM will check
your message before 7pm every day. If you have any
emergency, please call phcs for assistant.
Clock-in
You need to clock in 30-10mins before your first ploted slot
that day instead of booked slot. Don’t clock in earlier than
30mins because it won’t be counted.
Sudden booking
Don't miss any bookings pls. Student can still book even
10mins before classtime, so before any empty slot, you need
to do:
1.Refresh classtable before classtime, save screenshot with
time showing there is no class that time.
2.Check both classin and acalssroom for any new
classroom, if possible, save screenshot with time showing
there is no classroom that time.
Please take note of your classin acct and pw then even when
tutor client down, you can still log in classin to check your
classes in classin and enter classroom to avoid absence,as for
the book, you could find in the cloudisk. If your classin keeps
loading, you could use this to change server on the log in
page.
Aclassroom or classin or tutor client problem (can not log
in or can not enter clasroom)
1. Click cs assistant at right time (within 5 mins after class
start, not before class) and save screenshot using right
format.
2. Report to TM and send 1 screenshot.
3. Problem can not be solve at once.TM can not fix the
teaching tool problem either so no need to call TM. What you
can do is save more proof and wait for update. Keep trying.

Important:
If you can not enter classroom, classin, tutor client without
right format of screenshot, CS will mark this class”penalty”
that you will have deduction and complaints from cs.
Process to mark student absent:
1. wait for 2mins in class,if no student, click cs assistant and
choose student no show
2. keep waiting in classroom for more than 15mins, if still no
student, mark student absent
3. stay in the classroom until “class over", don’t leave early.
5. Never send or update any schedule that you are not sure
about.
1. For personal reason, if you really need to cancel any class,
you can use auto cancellation in your classtable or call
PHCS in advance. Must save all PHCS number in your
celphone
Absence penalty:
For absence/ penalty : unbook slots will be locked directly and future schedule
will be reduced . So if you can not attend any classes, must cancel in advance. If
there is problem during class, need to make sure you get the phcs call to explain
why you didn't enter classroom. Or cs will mark this class absence and cancel the
following 4 classes. 2 absences will bring us 1 warning. Both for you and our
team.

There will be real class test after you done the training.
Class remark
Class without class remark won't be paid. Please make sure
you finish class remark at once after you finish the class. If
you fail to do it because of some valid reason, pls send me
the class id and reason, within 72 hours i can still help you
open. Class remark better be with details for student. QA will
check tutor's class remark from time to time and leave
complaints to remarks too short or without any details.
TM day off
Except for some holidays, normally Saturday and Sunday will
be days off for Shane. During my day off, you need to solve
problem by yourself with help of PHCS, CS and on duty TM.
Please make your message to on duty TM brief and clear:

1. Exit antivirus and protection software
2. Close other programs and open classin only
3. Ctrl + Shift + ESC open the task manager to check the spec
