HRD is a training and learning program on the verge of expansion that imparts skills and

new talents to the workplace (Noe, 2019). The HRD program is intended to enable the project

members to have good sustainability since it aims to ensure a lifelong learning and development

process. In the long run, individual growth and development in skills are enhanced in an

individual. The essay explores the means of determining the significance of the evaluation and

HRD programs.

What was your interaction with your organization like?

Typically the interaction with my organization was terrific. All the members of my group

engage in all sorts of activities. The aspect of diversity enables the WD program to majorly focus

on the leadership and management program (Noe, 2019). The exploration of the training and

leadership traits empowers the group to complete the group project successfully.

How did this week’s topic relate to your progress towards completing your project?

The reactions and results are the most critical aspects of any activity. The week's reading

is concerned with leadership aspects. The evaluation program enhances the gauging of the results

as the team project is in progress. The learning enables project members to ensure the project

results align with the required objectives and career enhancement (Noe, 2019). The training

allows the project members to acquire the leadership traits that give them insight into

implementing the project outcomes.

What is the significance of your experience this week?

The evaluation plan is essential in gauging our progress as we look forward to the final

submission. Essentially the workforce is composed of different groups of people with other

individual and social characters. Effectively, the integration and collaboration of the other

diverse social differences bring a relatively conducive environment that enhances learning and

development (Noe, 2019). Besides, the week's reading enhances the group leader's ability to

acquire the necessary leadership support towards completing the group project.

What learning occurred for you in this experience?

The evaluation is significant in any manner. It has enabled me to have a knowhow of

different evaluation plans, styles. In this case, the training and development program enhances a

greater understanding of the training and development from a successive perspective (Noe,

2019). Typically, I have learnt all critical aspects of interaction in the due process of exchange.

Interaction is of great significance after the training since it enables enhancing the learnt skills

into practice. The knowledge learnt will allow me to understand and implement the coursework's

key goals, objectives, and visions, improving professional skills.
