DESCRIPTION
The 30CPQ... center tap Schottky rectifier has been
optimized for low reverse leakage at high temperature. The
PRODUCT SUMMARY proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up
IF(AV) 2 x 15 A to 175 °C junction temperature. Typical applications are in
VR 80/100 V switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes,
and reverse battery protection.
