AFFIDAVIT

I, Dr. Gunapala Bhoja Shetty aged about 67years Son of Bhoja K Shetty do hereby
solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows.
I) I have 2 children’s one Daughter and one son. I Further State that my
daughter Miss. Namita Gunapala Shetty has not applied for any loan and
she has already completed her studies for LL. B and my son Mr. Darshan G
Shetty has applied for the Educational Loan in SBI Bank.
II) I Dr. Gunapala Bhoja Shetty aged about 67 years, Son of Bhoja K Shetty, and
Mr. Darshan Gunapala Shetty aged about 22 years, Son of Gunapala B
Shetty Residing at Flat no.101 Sunvilla CHS Plot no.83, Sector 29 Vashi Navi
Mumbai 400703 Maharashtra India, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on
oath as follows:

2) I submit that Darshan G Shetty got admission for PGDM in Marketing in Thakur
Institute of Management Studies and Research Kandivali(E) Mumbai

3) We submit that we have not taken any loan from any other bank for studies of
Darshan G Shetty.
4) We submit that if I change the course, we will inform the same to the bank
5) We further submit that we will inform the results of each semester to the SBI
Bank.
6) We further submit that we will produce the course completion certificate.
7) We further submit that we will produce details of employment particulars.
8) We are swearing to all this affidavit to produce before the concerned authorities,
hence the affidavit.
9) I Mr. Darshan G Shetty son of Dr. Gunapala Bhoja Shetty state that I had a gap
of 1year as I passed Final BE in Computer Engineering Examination in May 2019
from SIES Graduate School of Technology Nerul and after that I was preparing
for the entrance exams (MAH-CET) for MBA Admission, and I passed the
examination on May 2020, so there was a gap of 1year
