Dr. Pradip Kumar Mitra

Prof Pradip Kumar Mitra is a post graduate in management (Finance) from Ins tute of Engineering and
Management, Kolkata and completed his Chartered Financial Analyst and Master of Financial Analysis from
ICFAI. He has completed his PhD from Birla Ins tute of Technology, Mesra on Sustainability Repor ng for
Indian Chemical Industry. He is an accredited management teacher (AMT) recognized by All India
Management Associa on (AIMA), New Delhi. He has also cleared Na onal Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by
UGC in two subjects commerce and management. A result driven professional with over 12 years of rich
corporate experience in the financial services sector (especially into stock broking and por olio management
services) he has worked with some well-known companies of repute like Mo lal Oswal Securi es Ltd, Religare
Securi es and Anand Rathi Securi es etc. He has also 12 years of full me post graduate teaching experience
in various ins tutes of repute and has taught various subjects of finance like SAPM, Deriva ves, Interna onal
Finance etc. He is a keen researcher and published 23 research papers in different management journals of
repute both at na onal and interna onal level. He has also presented his papers in interna onal conferences
at Srilanka and Malaysia. He is a keen researcher on quan ta ve finance and sustainable development and
repor ng and working on these two fields for the last six years.
