THIS NOTICE CUM ADDENDUM SETS OUT THE CHANGES TO BE MADE IN THE STATEMENT OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (“sai”),
Scheme INFORMATION DOCUMENT (“SID”) and KEY INFORMATION MEMORANDUM (“KIM”) OF ALL THE SCHeMES OF MIRAE
ASSET MUTUAL FUND (“MAMF”)
NOTICE is hereby given to all the Investors / Unit Holders of all the Scheme(s) of Mirae Asset Mutual Fund regarding the following:
1. Applicability of Stamp Duty
Pursuant to Notification No. S. O. 1226 (E) and G.S.R 226(E) dated March 30, 2020 issued by Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance,
Government of India, read with Part I of Chapter IV of Notification dated February 21, 2019 issued by Legislative Department, Ministry
of Law and Justice, Government of India on the Finance Act, 2019, a stamp duty@0.005% of the transaction value would be levied on
applicable mutual fund transactions with effect from July 1, 2020.
Accordingly, pursuant to levy of stamp duty, the number of units allotted on purchase transactions (including dividend reinvestment) to the
unitholders would be reduced to that extent.
2. Change in the Board of Directors of Mirae Asset Trustee Company Private Limited (“Trustee Company”)
Pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF2/CIR/P/2017/125 dated November 30, 2017 read with circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF2/
CIR/P/2018/19 dated February 07, 2018, on enhancing governance of mutual funds, the tenure of Mr. M. L. Soneji on the Board of Trustee
Company, ended on June 28, 2020.
Accordingly, all the references pertaining to Mr. M. L. Soneji stands deleted in the SAI of the Fund and other applicable documents.
3. Appointment of Additional Independent Director on the Board of Mirae Asset Investment Managers (India) Private Limited (“AMC”):
Ms. Malini Thadani has been appointed as Additional Independent Director on the Board of AMC w.e.f June 23, 2020.
The following details of Ms. Malini Thadani shall be included under the heading ‘Details of AMC Directors’ in the SAI:

Programme (ISEP), Insead, Paris, for industry bodies and not-for-profits. She is an experienced civil servant of
France, Financial Times Board Indian Revenue Service, with 14 years’ experience in various Indian Government
Director Diploma, Hongkong / Ministries. Ms. Thadani is skilled in designing, developing and implementing
63 years. large-scale, complex, cross-border sustainability projects in partnership with
global and regional think-tanks, not-for-profits and academia, specialising in
areas including livelihoods, employability, entrepreneurship, sustainable finance,
environmental resource security.
She is also a director on the following companies:
• Saksoft Limited
• Pune City Connect Development Foundation

Accordingly, SAI, SID and KIM of all the schemes of MAMF stands amended suitably to reflect the changes as stated above.
This notice cum addendum forms an integral part of SAI, SIDs and KIMs of the Scheme(s) of MAMF, as amended from time to time. All the
other terms and conditions of SAI, SIDs and KIMs of the Scheme(s) will remain unchanged.
