What is significance of warm-up conditioning exercise in our health as an


individual during these days?
- The significance of warm-up/ conditioning help to increase our body muscles and
temperature that reduce the chances of injury, it increase the level of our by warming
up and increasing our body strength.
2. What are the thing that used to include when conditioning warm-up exercise?
- In conducting exercises first we must know our condition “Access your health
condition” to avoid interfering during work out. Set a “Realistic Goal” that make you
motivated and put some effort and strength to succeed.
3. Define and elaborate the 5 basic workout outline.
A. Squat- a standing person to a lower position and bend the knees deeply and rise
to upper position.
B. Push up- Slowly bend the elbows bringing your chest toward the floor.
C. Pull up- is on upper body strength exercise.
D. Rotation- Stand tall with good alignment
E. lunges- Step forward with one foot until your leg reaches a 90-degree angle. Your rear knee
should remain parallel to the ground and your front knee shouldn't go beyond your toes. Lift your
front lunging leg to return to the starting position.

4. Why we need to have a necessary medical check-up before conducting any


physical activity program?
- To know that our health condition is fit on what physical activity we are doing and to
know the proper treatment to our body.
5. Why do we need to have a clear fitness goal before conducting any warm-up
exercise?
- if we have a clear fitness goal we know our physical fitness direction and its exact
physical fitness activity, it must be specific so that warm-up begin with gentle
exercise that increase body core and muscles temperature that will increase also our
end range of motion.
6. Choose at least 3 importance of physical fitness and explain each.
I. Improve brain function- it help your thinking skills and learnings.
II. Improve strength and stamina- it enhance the flexibility muscle strength also make
you resilient to physical activities.

III. Exercise controls weight- Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help
maintain weight balance. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories.
The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn.
