1) Sketching, styling, Autodesk ALIAS.
2) CAD software as CATIA V5 workbenches as part body, wireframe and surface, Sheet
metal and assembly, Body in white(BIW), and Reverse Engineering.
3) CAE software as Ansys 2015 and Ansys CFD.

July 2015 – July 2019: SRM Institute of Science and Technology: B.Tech in Automobile
Engineering
The courses that includes Vehicle Dynamics, Electric and hybrid vehicles, Automotive
engines, Motorsport technologies, Automotive transmission, Automotive chassis. In addition
to that, engine and fuel testing laboratory and automotive components laboratory.

 Dissertation: “Parameters optimization on FDM to reduce circularity error”

The circularity error and the tensile strength of the stranded design and the variable
parameters were found from literature survey. The design was manufactured using
3D printing using Taguchi L9 orthogonal array with variable parameters such as, fill
density, part orientation and layer thickness. The manufactured material was
measured and analysed by Vee block method for circularity and by Universal testing
machine for tensile strength. Using generic algorithm in MAT lab, we found the
minimum circularity error and maximum tensile strength from the parameters.

 Minor project: “Four wheel steering with chain drive”

Wheels were connected to the corners of the vehicle frame or chassis Single chain
drive is used to connect all sprockets. The sprockets are fitted below the bearing and
above the wheel. The wheels can be moved through motor that coupled with wheels
by battery power supply.

INTERNSHIPS/TRAINING
ROYAL ENFIELD internship period of 15 days from 13th June 2017 to 23 rd. June 2017 under
the department of materials and manufacturing. As well as took part in logistics section.
Overview of machine shop, engine assembly, crank case assembly and inspecting, cam, oil
pump, kicker shaft, drive sprocket, fly wheel assembly, painting shop, plating shop, and final
assembly.
Khivraj Motors Private Limited internship period of 10 days from 05th September 2018 to
14th September 2018. Worked in the department of 4W service. With a practice of wheel
alignment, wheel balancing, engine oil and oil filter changes, checking brake oil, brake pads,
inspect tire wear and damages, and visual check of all lights, wipers, battery, exhaust and
also replace the coolant and windscreen washer.

SIMULATION LAB internship period of 2 Months designation as a CAE Engineer under the
department Product Development Engineer. Finding the best angle of attack for the lift and
drag of flaps in air foil. Calculating the efficiency of coefficient of lift and drag. Collecting all
other team mates and analysing every other teammates and finding the best angle of attack
with peak on the graph.
