a change of mindset to be able to consistently do such.
Attainable: I want to do jump ropes, circuit training and a bike ride.
Realistic: I want to do 150 jump ropes, 20 minute-circuit training and a 30km
bike ride.
Time-bound: In one week, I want to be able to continuously practice 150 jump
ropes, 20-minute circuit training and a 30 km bike ride daily for 2 and a half
hours a day to have a change of mindset and consistently do such.
