On Monday, I caught up on anything that was left from the previous week. In addition, I
prepared for the week ahead, as my supervising physician was out of town all week due to
illness. I made several phone calls and several tasks arose after these conversations. Overall, I
had a very productive day and felt that I was prepared for the week ahead.
On Tuesday, I was tasked with many different things and had many obligations to fulfill. I felt
very confident in getting these things done, without my supervising physician present. In
addition, I worked on a few marketing things in order to get ready for the meeting we were going
Wednesday was a hectic day for me, as we were seeing several patients. In addition to this, many
things came up that required my attention. I am working to try and not get so overwhelmed at
work, but it is difficult not to get stressed out. I had a marketing meeting in the afternoon where I
got to share some ideas I had about concierge. The higher-ranking people in the meeting seemed

program but also the CCM program. I was a little stressed out throughout the day with all of the
things that came up, but I felt that I handled it well and did things correctly. Overall, I feel really
good about the week I had and the work I completed. I have truly learned so much and feel a lot
For the weekend, I was tasked with keeping the concierge phone. When having this phone, it is
very important to answer any phone call or text that comes through. In addition to this, I must
document each encounter that takes places on the phone. I received several phone calls with
patient requests over the weekend that required further action after speaking with the patients.
On Sunday, there were many needs that patients expressed they needed. Upon speaking with the
patients, I had to do some work to ensure that their needs were met in a timely manner. In
addition to this, I had to go back and document all of the encounters in a HIPPA compliant
document that is shared with the physicians and also in the system we use at the clinic. Having
the phone over the weekend was very stressful at first, but it was also a compliment to me that
the supervising physicians trusted my abilities and communication skills to be able to handle
